The Digital Channels team is responsible for client-focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking an energetic Product Experience Manager to play a key role in shaping the experiences we offer our clients across digital and physical channels.
This new role sits at the nexus of client experience, product development and client delivery. With the goal of building exceptional, differentiated product experiences, you will focus on understanding the current experience, identifying opportunities to optimize, and championing solutions with various teams through to delivery.
