In Lending Services, we document, fund, and service all loans for First Republic. Lending Services Technology leads technology initiatives for Lending Services and key stakeholders that facilitate the bank’s ability to provide exceptional service to its clients, maintain a robust balance sheet, and meet its compliance requirements. The group focuses on driving operational efficiency, upgrading technology applications, maintaining compliant documents and systems, and providing end-user training and support for core Lending applications.
Lending Services is looking for a motivated, experienced Business Analyst to join the Technology team. The BA will report to the VP, Lending Technology and will primarily be responsible for removing road blocks to the full implementation of a new electronic documentation platform for residential loans, both operational and technological. Solutions will include process changes, technology enhancements, change management and close collaboration with the vendor, FRB teams, and external closing agents. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter requiring minimal oversight, work autonomously, be results oriented and have a strong sense of teamwork and flexibility.
