Enterprise Client Onboarding architect would work with the Director of Enterprise Product in architecting and designing a deep technical solution for the new Enterprise Product that improves business efficiency of the current systems and delivers a robust and scalable integrated product across various lines of businesses.


This role will provide the technical expertise necessary to integrate various systems and high-caliber technical acumen to arrive at a target state model and overall architecture for the program. The ideal candidate for this role would have worked within financial services, preferably architected a large scale solution for businesses. Fantastic communicator with a passion and drive for technologies would be an asset for this role!



  • Architectural acumen and expertise to derive the target state for the new product.
  • Work with the Corporate Enterprise Architecture team to come up with a long term scalable solution for the integrated product reutilizing the current capabilities.
  • Research on various new technologies within databases, integration and applicable rules needed to drive product implementation.
  • Active participation in architecture and line of business /Center of Excellence meetings to socialize the architecture
  • Evaluation of various integration capabilities.
  • Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.
  • Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Advance degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience design and implementation of corporate projects
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT business focused role
  • 2+ years of experience within Integrated Technologies /Architecture
  • Strong technical skills and demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to and use new technologies. Technical certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; including experience analyzing business problems, identifying solutions and driving the team to the solution
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills; Including meeting facilitation and experience communicating and presenting solutions for business problems to business stakeholders; including clear/concise documentation and verbal explanations of complex business operations to developers (Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical personnel).
  • Excellent influence and negotiation skills
  • Experience with multitasking and to function efficiently in a high volume, high risk and fast paced deadline oriented environment.
  • Proactive individual able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment.

  • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
  • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.

  • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  •  Must be able to commute and be present in San Francisco corporate office during work hours.
