Eagle Lending is looking for an exceptional Loan Operations Managers to effectively manage and support the processing pipelines of our Credit Analyst teams. We're looking for a self-starter who is eager to leverage their leadership and management skills to drive production, quality, capacity and the development and growth of the team. Based in San Francisco, this role will create and maintain structure and processes to ensure constant pipeline flow and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and is a clear and confident communicator who is comfortable collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve an exceptional outcome.


What you’ll do as a Loan Operations Manager:

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the operations, process and pipeline of the Eagle Lending Personal Line of Credit (PLOC) and Professional Loan Program (PLP) Credit Analyst teams.
  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives that that streamline operations, reduce risk, improve pipeline flow and support growth while providing the highest quality service.
  • Design, prepare and present tools and reports to support Credit Analyst Managers and Leadership in effectively managing production
  • Utilize reporting tools to audit and track loan pipeline, communicating regularly with partners and stakeholders.
  • Manages process related issues and needs for Credit Analysts team, collaborating with Closing, Servicing and our Technology partners to solve problems and/or create new solutions.
  • Oversee the daily operation of all aspects of loan operations including processing, loan servicing, loan documentation review, post-closing.
  • Cultivate strong and positive working relationships with partners to maintain extraordinary internal and external client service. Partners include: Sales, Preferred Banking, Credit Administration, Executive Loan Committee, Loan Servicing, Legal, Deposit, etc.
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve collaboration, execute strategy, attain mutual goals and provide the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.


You could be a great fit if you have:

  • 6+ years of Management experience.
  • 8+ years of underwriting or loan operations experience.
  • BA/BS required with concentration in business or finance preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally; communicates frequently in a clear, concise manner; able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective leader and solution-based problem solver, who anticipates issues and seeks out and evaluates information collaboratively across impacted areas to develop proactive solutions.
  • Highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and control work environment.
  • Relentless internal and external customer service focus. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to lead team initiatives by working collaboratively in a team environment within a matrix management structure.
