Eagle Lending is looking for an exceptional Portfolio Quality Analyst to monitor loan portfolio performance and risk by requesting and tracking current borrower and business financial information and monitoring loan covenant compliance. We’re looking for a self-starter who is eager to leverage their experience as part of our fast-growing and fast-paced Portfolio Quality Specialist team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, has strong attention to detail and is a clear communicator who excels at managing multiple priorities while working independently or as part of a team.

What you'll do as a Portfolio Quality Analyst:

• Monitor existing credit facilities for financial and reporting covenant compliance. Manage reports to ensure receipt of updated financial information and on-going covenant compliance.
• Provide extraordinary service to clients while obtaining current financial documentation and evaluating documentation for covenant compliance.
• Prepare memos for the existing portfolios to be reviewed by Executive Loan Committee and process short-term maturity extensions when required.
• Cultivate strong and positive working relationships with partners to maintain extraordinary internal and external client service. Partners include: Sales, Preferred Banking, Credit Administration, Executive Loan Committee, Loan Servicing, Legal, Deposit, etc.
• Learn to use Moody’s CreditLens or similar application to complete financial analysis and spreads. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow reports, calculate ratios, recognize, and describe trends and identify recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow and borrowers’ ability to debt service.
• Actively participate in continuous improvements by generating suggestions and participating in problem solving activities.

You could be a great fit if you have:

• One+ years of banking, lending or database experience required.
• BA/BS required with concentration in business or finance preferred.
• Experience with commercial financial statements or loan legal documentation is a plus.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) 

Job Demands:

• Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
