As a leader overseeing First Republic Banks’ Campus Recruiting Team, you will be responsible for, and play a pivotal role in, managing key components of First Republic’s internship, early career, and diversity outreach recruiting programs.

Ideal role for an experienced campus recruiting professional looking to design and deliver innovative talent acquisition solutions for a high growth financial services organization.

 

This is a highly visible, key role reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition

What you’ll do as a Senior Director, Campus Recruiting:

  • Directly manage end-to-end, high volume, full cycle campus recruitment for undergraduate internships and early career roles across First Republics various geographies
  • Build and leverage key university relationships to include career center partners, key faculty, and student organizations while employing a school agnostic strategy with an inclusive lens
  • Represent and promote First Republic as an employer of choice via panel discussions, virtual outreach, presentations, and info sessions.
  • Manage relationships with a high volume of internal stakeholders to include hiring managers, HR business partners, senior leaders, and various centers of excellence to effectively source, hire, place and retain early talent through onboarding.
  • Leverage data to inform practice and recommendations with a focus on continuous improvement pertaining to candidate experience and selection processes.
  • Collaboratively partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver meaningful and productive experiences for summer interns; provide advisement to managers and business leads based on benchmarking and best practices.
  • Track and provide quarterly reports to executive leadership on candidate pipelines and diversity metrics; proactively identify trends to strategically address gaps via programmatic interventions.
  • Develop and lead campus diversity initiatives and community partnerships for implementation; shape external outreach focused on increasing conversion of underrepresented students.
  • Collaborate with TA team to highlight challenges, report outcomes, and maintain accountability to multiple stakeholders to ensure ROI.
  • Serve and lead workstreams and manage ad-hoc projects and programs designed to support early talent acquisition goals as needed.
  • Lead a team of 7-10 campus recruiting team members.

 

 

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Prior background leading a campus recruiting efforts for an organization competing for top talent.
  • Understanding of designing and delivering comprehensive university talent acquisition and attraction programs
  • People management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with a bias for action
  • Robust organizational and project management background with customer-service orientation
  • Solid team player, with strong sense of autonomy able to deliver results in fast paced environment, on multiple priorities under minimal supervision
  • Keen analytical and proven problem-solving skills with strength in strategic and execution domains
  • ATS and CRM proficiency in one or more systems - Workday and Handshake experience preferred

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
