As Senior Learning and Development Systems Analyst, you will help lead our learning management system, Cornerstone. This includes helping lead our required online training program, custom report generation and responding to complex data requests. Our dynamic environment provides a great opportunity for growth and the ability to make a direct impact by providing technical leadership, managing system integrations and product releases as well as leading overall process improvement.

 What you’ll do as a Learning & Development Systems Analyst:

  • Help lead First Republic’s compliance training program; this includes taking online courses through their full life cycle; from development, upload, testing, publishing, assignment validation, deployment and support
  • Partner with our Office of General Counsel to create custom reports as well as respond to various data and research requests
  • Help lead the development, maintenance, and enforcement of processes, practices, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to the use and administration of the LMS.
  • Configure and maintain system preferences and be responsible for administering security, including granting admin access and setting/editing user profiles.
  • Help lead the product release cycle, collaborating with team members to implement the installation of system updates, upgrades, integrated tools and other software integrated with the system.
  • Provide high-touch internal customer service to our Learning & Development partners and colleagues. This includes responding to employee questions and/or requests from our shared inboxes or ServiceNow platform.
  • Support other business partners as they leverage the LMS for their own business needs

 

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources system administration with an emphasis on learning technology
  • Knowledge of Cornerstone learning management system or comparable LMS
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
  • The ability to acquire subject matter expertise in the functions and systems that support the Human Resources department and technical operations
  • Skill in analyzing, evaluating and integrating business processes and procedures
  • A proactive self-starter who can work well as part of a team, as well as independently
  • The capacity to prioritize work and provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients, working effectively with vendors, clients, users and management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excited to tackle new challenges and find creative solutions to help resolve issues and concerns

 

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
