The Regulatory Corporate Technology team within Information Services is looking for a Senior Manager. Experience with Fraud, Identify Management and digital technologies are essential as this role will be the responsible for setting the bar on Fraud Technology Modernization at the bank. Will need to quickly understand the various components of the current architecture, identify areas for improvement, and execute a roadmap of both tactical and strategic improvements for current and future applications. Candidates for this role should have experience working within banking or other fraud domain in financial services and display an understanding and appreciation for the complexities therein.


What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Fraud Management Technology

  • Partner and collaborate with Product Owners, Operation teams, and Product Managers to understand their key needs and ensure solution designs meet both functional and non-functional needs
  • Design and develop end to end integrations with Fraud Technology and its ecosystem using established patterns for near-real time as well as batch process
  •  Provide guidance, mentoring and ongoing coaching to develop team members and managing onshore and offshore technical resources
  • Develop change strategies and plans including stakeholder assessment and engagement, cross team communications, software alignment, development environment and production change readiness
  • Ensure work demand is articulated, understood, and prioritized within the Regulatory Compliance Technology systems enhancements queue.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the day-to-day technical operations of the Regulatory Compliance Technology systems once deployed.
  • Ensure appropriate alerting protocols are implemented to ensure ecosystem stability (balance and control, job failure, environment health, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence for data quality and accuracy by developing a detailed understanding of the data and information movement practices utilized by the Regulatory Compliance Technology systems itself and the ecosystem supporting it (upstream/downstream dependencies).
  • Managing the vendor technology relationship and roadmap for every product in fraud domain.

Technical Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience (or technology related Master’s with 5+ years of experience) development of enterprise applications using Actimize proprietary technologies.
  • Fraud technology implementation knowledge in financial service industry.
  • Knowledge in Security Configurations – Threat Modeling, Secure Coding etc.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum processes/tools like JIRA.
  • Experience with Change Control process, Source code repository tools like GitHub.
  • Knowledge of AWS Architecture. Any Practitioner or Associate level AWS certification.
  • Experience in SQL Server scripting, BI Tools like Tableau
