The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.

 

As Digital Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in defining our digital campaigns strategy.  You will help set direction by analyzing our online banking and in-app campaigns, establishing a robust multivariate campaign testing platform, and driving insight into how to increase digital engagement. You will have the opportunity to rethink how we measure & report on campaigns and will partner with the engagement team to improve campaign targeting and enhance client journeys.

 

You should be comfortable leading complex initiatives from start to finish independently, presenting to senior executives, and establishing yourself as a sharp analytical subject matter expert. 

 

This position reports to the VP of Digital Analytics, is located in our San Francisco corporate headquarters, and offers the opportunity to learn, lead and drive change.

 

As the Digital Analytics Manager you will:

  • Partner with digital adoption and engagement team to optimize campaign approach and reporting
  • Offer insight and advice to senior leadership for how optimize our online banking and mobile applications, with insight into product usage and client segments
  • Conduct hands-on data analysis and modeling that delivers business impact and helps digital channels reach department goals
  • Design, develop, and deploy self-service reports, scorecards, and dashboards
  • Act as subject matter expert on our data and analytics, implementing best practices for data collection, management and analysis
  • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture
  • Partner with other data teams across the firm for knowledge sharing and to develop consistent nomenclature and data reporting practice

 

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2C digital marketing analytics (fintech, banking, lending or credit experience a plus)
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Adobe, and other programming/scripting languages
  • Experience working with Marketo (or similar marketing automation software) a plus
  • An advocate for implementing tools and processes that help measure the business
  • Adept at managing competing priorities through planned and ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with an ability to work independently and proactively
  • A strong verbal and written communicator with fluency presenting analysis and insights to key decision makers
  • Able to work well with cross-functional teams; independently and proactively (e.g., marketing, UX, product)
