PWM Senior Product Manager

First Republic Bank is looking for someone to join our Digital Channels team and own the vision for our private wealth management experience. We pride ourselves on innovation, execution and ownership with executive leadership that has a passion for the client experience. In this role, you will work closely with the PWM Product Lead and Head of PWM and PFM Digital Product and be responsible for shaping and driving the PWM strategy throughout the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with other lines of business and cross-functional teams within First Republic from concept to delivery of new functionality across multiple digital platforms.

This role is for someone who is thoughtful, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to balance quality delivery while meeting deadlines. This individual should be able to understand and translate complex needs into clear and actionable steps. This role requires a collaborative product leader who understands the vision and can play a key role in executing the PWM roadmap with key partners amidst a rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape. This person should be client/user-obsessed, be strongly familiar with the needs of wealth management clients and be able to imagine a digital to human experience that goes beyond today’s basic banking apps.

What you’ll do as a PWM Senior Product Manager:

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, and strong understanding of the applicable services offered by the bank and related technical infrastructure and processes
• Be responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle, including analysis, user research, product strategy, roadmap generation, story writing, grooming, sprint development, testing and launch
• Leverage analytics and solicit client/advisor feedback to inform the product roadmap
• Establish OKRs that align with your product area and the Bank’s broader goals and strategy
• Stay apprised of industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape; incorporate relevant products into our digital ecosystem from pilots/POCs to launch into production
• Maintain and collaborate with existing partner vendors and ensure they are meeting product needs
• Work as an effective liaison between the business, management, operations, technology, marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure that we are managing the cross-channel user experience

• A strategic thinker and a problem solver with an aptitude for logically breaking down complex technical and operational concepts, documenting workflows, identifying use cases and communicating solutions with clarity and actionable steps for impacted groups

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in product management demonstrating your ability to deliver client-centric digital products.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial services or Fintech
• BA/BS degree; Master’s degree or MBA would be a plus
• Thorough understanding of agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Must be able to travel as position requires
