This Director of Instructional Design within the PWM Change Management Team will be responsible for designing and delivering in app guidance solutions and self service training resources to drive adoption of Salesforce and other new technology capabilities with our Wealth Managers and Client Service Associates. This role will be focused on implementing WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform to provide contextual in app guidance and support to new users of Salesforce with the goal of accelerating time to competency.
This individual will partner closely with product managers, IT partners and other change management team members to analyze the impact of new technology capabilities and the best way to drive adoption. This individual will use their instructional design expertise to create in app guidance, live and self-paced training materials and may facilitate feedback sessions with users to understand the effectiveness of these resources.
