As a Senior Wealth Advisor Associate, you will be an integral part of the Private Wealth Management team, responsible for offering administrative support to assigned Wealth Advisors, while providing excellent customer service to their clients and prospective clients.

 

What you’ll do as a Senior Wealth Advisor Associate:

  • Track each opportunity and relationship throughout its life cycle — from the introductory meeting with the assigned Wealth Advisor through account opening to relationship termination.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and organizing and participating in client events.
  • Meet with Bankers to review client lists and assist with Requests For Proposals (RFPs).
  • Conduct all logistical tasks related to client service, such as answering phones and handling correspondence, managing schedules, organizing meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Attend Wealth Advisor Associate group meetings to share best practices and seek guidance.
  • Adhere to the applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.), as well as Bank policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Officer.
  • Know and verify the identity of any client who enters into a relationship with the Bank.

 

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least one to two years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required, and a familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce, desired 
  • Advanced organization skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • The capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with constantly shifting priorities
  • The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with professionalism and tact 
  • An orientation toward being a team player and providing extraordinary service while furthering the First Republic Bank culture and values

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
  • Must be able to travel as position requires.
