  • Work with internal and external contacts to develop file transfer solutions and resolve issues.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity tests by performing documented recovery procedures and troubleshooting issues that may be encountered; may also be called upon to act as a coordinator for the IS portion of the exercise.
  • Monitor and manage automated tasks such as system backups and scheduled tasks.
  • Train other staff in new technologies, methods or processes.
  • Design and build a cloud operations capability, including monitoring, measuring, maintenance, deployment automation, alerting/on call rotations, and resource strategy

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • One to three years of operations experience, including demonstrated knowledge using and/or supporting enterprise applications
  • Experience with automation and recognizing patterns, allowing the team to anticipate, detect and resolve system issues
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server software, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix Presentation Server, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, IIS and/or other industry standard server platform services
  • Experience with Linux in an enterprise environment
