The IS Infrastructure Reporting Analyst will report to the Engagement and Process Manager and work closely with the operational teams to support the development and implementation of Infrastructure and Architecture’s technology roadmap.  The Reporting Analyst will provide support for the development, review, and production of Infrastructure and Architecture environment performance data and analytics.  This includes identifying necessary data, reconciling between data sources and ensuring successful support of Performance Reporting capability.


  • Provide reporting solutions for the Infrastructure & Architecture Leadership team to analyze, comprehend, and communicate the drivers of  the department’s performance.
  • Deliver a portfolio of reports and dashboards that provides insight into People, Process and Technology and underscores the departments strategies
  • Establish review sessions for the Management and Leadership on interpreting metrics, requesting and running reports
  • Develop innovative data visualization approaches to address complex problems and solutions
  • Conduct complex requirements by defining the business problems, data and visualization needs
  • Prototype interactive data visualizations to create exploratory views
  • Design and manage KPI’s and KRI’s
  • Design and manage complex datasets and conduct data quality reviews
  • Perform exploratory and explanatory data analysis, identify patterns and correlations among various data points
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvements based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform operational improvements or identify risks
  • Perform exploratory and explanatory data analysis, identify patterns and correlations among various data points
  • Participate in the ongoing creation and support of BI development standards and best practices
  • Mentor colleagues on storytelling through data visualization
  • Communicating standard performance calculation logic and business term definition
  • Establishing data quality rules, writing and executing data quality checks, researching and analyzing data in support of business functions
  • Process and workflow knowledge and user acceptance testing.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Math or related technical field
  • Minimum of 2 years hands on experience with Tableau Desktop - design and development of BI reports, dashboards, story boards, and  creating complex formulas and calculations
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in technology with an understanding of the components within an IT infrastructure landscape
  • Experience with delivery methods such as Agile development
  • Understanding of data modeling and ability to work with data from multiple sources
  • Experience with integration, unit and regression testing
  • Proficient in MS Office tools - advanced data analysis with Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of programming logic, although no experience with a specific programming language is required
  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts such as deviation, confidence limit, and significance
  • Working knowledge of query languages, API’s, data pipelines
  • ITIL Foundation Certification a plus
  • ServiceNow reporting experience a plus
