The Audio & Video Engineering Manager will be responsible for the vision, strategy and planning for all engineering aspects of audio and video service delivery to the FRB organization. This role will lead a technical team to design and implement solutions to support both external and internal services. The role will also work closely with original equipment partners and service providers in unison with the Vendor Management team at the bank to ensure product pricing and service delivery are managed closely with the appropriate supporting documents. As part of the ongoing management of the area this person will be accountable for ensuring the equipment in operation has maintenance contracts, the asset lifecycle is closely managed and replacement of equipment is performed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.
