The Audio & Video Engineering Manager will be responsible for the vision, strategy and planning for all engineering aspects of audio and video service delivery to the FRB organization. This role will lead a technical team to design and implement solutions to support both external and internal services. The role will also work closely with original equipment partners and service providers in unison with the Vendor Management team at the bank to ensure product pricing and service delivery are managed closely with the appropriate supporting documents. As part of the ongoing management of the area this person will be accountable for ensuring the equipment in operation has maintenance contracts, the asset lifecycle is closely managed and replacement of equipment is performed in a timely manner.



  • Manage the daily activity of the Audio & Video Services technical team including the Cisco Unified Communications voice, conference, video and call recording solutions. The portfolio of solutions includes Cisco Unified Communications for Voice Over IP services, Cisco video solutions, Verint call recording and Syntellect ACD from Enghouse. In flight projects that will be a focus for this role include the upgrade for video and audio conferencing as well as closure of the Cisco UC voice project.
  • Work with the business, IS department and third party vendors to enhance the external and internal user experience for voice services including the development and ongoing management of a 3 year roadmap, asset lifecycle management for all hardware and software assets.
  • Work closely with the End User Services management team to ensure the Field Services team is furnished with the right type and level of documentation to support end user needs via incident and request management. The role will meet on a regular basis with the personnel in field Services to review and analyze incident and request data to identify trends in this area and ensure solutions being selected enhance the end user experience.
  • Provide technology audit coverage for technology and integrated audits through risk assessments, audit planning, testing, reporting, and issue closure verification.
  • Data Analytics Driven. Able to perform basic data analytics such as cleansing/importing data sets into Excel and filtering the data to determine linkages between data sets, trending, or visualization of result.
  • Present and communicate issues to management build effective relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.



Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

Products and Software:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word / MS Outlook / MS Visio / MS PowerPoint/ MS Excel.


Education, Experience, Training, or Certifications/Licenses:


  • COBIT certification, ITIL certification, Project management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
  • Business-project management training and certifications from accredited institutions
  • Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 8-10 years related experience

Mental/Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
  • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
  • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
  • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
  • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel as position requires.
  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
