The Access Administrator is responsible for updating and resolving request tickets in ServiceNow and ensuring high quality and timely settlement of requests. Responsible for following policy, procedures and internal processes to meet service levels. Knowledge of access management tools, technologies and best practices is required to be successful in this role.


  • Responsible for access administration of financial applications, infrastructure and operating systems as per established procedures.

  • Responsible for updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely and high quality resolution of assigned user requests and issues.

  • Assists with troubleshooting access issues by working with other teams, vendors or users in diagnosing users access issues.

    Experienced in access administration of file servers, exchange account management, Active Directory and other access management tools.
  • Able to proactively follow-up with the user and other support teams to provide high quality and timely service. 
  • Well versed with access administration process (provisioning, de-provisioning, transfers, etc.)
  • Execute processes considering the audit and compliance implications.
  • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

  • Experience/Skills Required:

    • Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning.
    • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies and procedures, and maintain superior customer service at all times with all users, as well as colleagues in Information Systems.
    • Requires an understanding of Bank supported core banking applications.
    • Must exhibit a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision.
    • Requires willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in order to support and use future technology.
    • Must possess excellent communication both written and verbal.


    Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Remains informed of job-related issues through networking, training programs, seminars and trade publications.
    • As directed by management, actively seeks technical feedback, advice and training from engineering and business integration resources related to assigned projects or support issues.
    • Attends meetings when necessary.
    • Works the designated shift between 7:00AM and 6:00PM weekdays, and designated weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) if/when assigned.
    • May require more than 40 hours per week.
    • Perform other duties when assigned.



  • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
  • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
  • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
  • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
  • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
