This is a for a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Tester role that will be responsible for providing domain technical expertise on the design and build of automation test scripts. These scripts will utilize a common test framework leveraging automation tools for various Digital Technologies projects. This candidate will work closely with the QA, Development and other key stakeholders to understand automation requirements for accuracy and efficiency.


  • Design, develop and execute automated tests utilizing a testing framework.
  • Create and execute automated build acceptance and regression tests.
  • Work closely with QA, subject matter experts, development and other key stakeholders to understand the project requirements.
  • Define, document, implement and review test criteria.
  • Ability to analyze results and efficiently communicate the results back to the QA Lead and appropriate teams.
  • Assist in providing automation test metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Attend and participate in project meetings to understand the scope for automation as well as the product architecture.
  • Identify, communicate and troubleshoot bugs to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include the following:  1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training,  4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. 


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • B.S. Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of  hands-on experience with industry leading test tools like Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Hyper-V, VMWare virtualization, HP-QuickTestPro, Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Load Runner, HP Performance Center/Quality Center (QC/ALM), Soap UI.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, XML, Java, C#, Visual Basic and other programming/scripting languages.
  • Knowledgeable in different Load Testing Protocols eg: Web, Web Services, AJAX TruClient, LDAP, SOAP, REST.
  • Experience in testing mainframe, web, mobile, client server, web service applications.
  • Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
  • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
  • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
  • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
