This candidate will be responsible for the leading both online and mobile technology testing strategy. Provide guidance to the Quality Assurance engineers and Digital Technology teams to provide high quality for various Digital banking projects. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements to identify and outline the testing scope. This role will be responsible for the architecture, design, development and maintenance of enterprise testing strategy and completion of deliverables.


  • Partner with key business and technolgy stakeholders to clearly understand the project requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, execute and manage test plan, test strategy and test cases to ensure sufficient test coverage has been outlined for Online, IOS and Android applications.
  • Identify and communicate bugs, troubleshoot issues, and work with respective stakeholders through resolution. 
  • Lead reviews of testing documentation.  Coordinate test related activities for project delivery, identifying task dependencies, test schedules, access and environments needed.
  • Provide technical expertise of system architecture, drive and recommend optimal testing strategies for various products and applications.
  • Collaborate with QA and project teams to strategize and align long term solutions.
  • Act as a mentor for QA resources as well as provide training to QA resources on testing strategies, standards, tools and process.
  • Develop and monitor test metrics and provide timely communication to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Responsibilities include the following:  1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training,  4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. 



Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • B.S. Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of solid experience in QA
  • At least 5 years of experience in as a QA Lead; at least 3 years of experience in testing mobile applications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Defect Management tools and processes.
  • Experience assessing appropriate levels of testing.
  • Experience in testing mainframe, web, mobile, client server, web service applications.
  • Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of testing.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.  Collaborative team leadership experience perferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
  • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
  • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
  • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
