This is a temporary full time position.

 

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with collecting, documenting, and tracking completion of collection of key client on-boarding and periodic information file
  • Work with an offshore data entry team to identify missing information and pass-on the collected information
  • Research existing client documentation within various systems to find missing information
  • Interface with relationship teams, bankers, and other resources in a professional manner to verify and collect missing information that cannot be found within existing systems and internal and external data sources
  • Track incomplete information and escalate untimely responses from relationship teams
  • Communicating status and issues to internal and external parties on a regular and timely basis
  • Provide feedback continually to improve the process
  • Manage your own pipelines and be aware of when to escalate issues, and ensure team and personal SLAs are met

Qualifications

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
  • Independent worker with ability to follow-through with minimum direction and supervision
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Previous banking or financial industry, and customer service experience
  • Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
