About the Role:
The Customer Service Associate is a role created to recognize the unique and significant opportunity that currently exists to expand consumer banking relationships through our student loan refinancing product, the "All In One." The AIO product offers highly competitive rates for individuals to consolidate their student loan debt into one simple monthly payment. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our AIO clients. Through offering best-in-class products and extraordinary service, the Customer Service Associate will help solidify First Republic as the primary bank of our next generation of clients.
A key goal of the Associate is to identify potential borrowers for the AIO product that are referred to First Republic through social media channels, marketing events, and client referrals. In addition, the Associate will be responsible for deepening relationships with these borrowers and introducing new clients to Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless client experience. The Associate will also work closely with the Credit Analyst group by ensuring that all AIO loan packages are complete for underwriting.
