Digital Technologies team is looking for a Digital Analytics Lead. In this position you will ensure all web platforms (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet, App, client sites, etc) are tagged appropriately.   You will work with key stakeholders to deliver relevant insight on traffic to the site including who clients/prospects are, how they arrived, and what they did. Utilize web analytic platforms and tools to deliver actionable insight on metrics that can be leveraged by Marketing, client services, and personalization teams.

 

The Digital Analytics Lead will act as a liaison with business stakeholders on new data sources, implementing and testing complex reporting requirements, evolving system standards and procedures. You must become SME on Adobe Analytics / Tealium IQ / Tableau / Data warehouse. This individual must be innovative, results driven and a team player, with an ability to provide solution/resolution to complex business issues that impact reporting results.  The Digital Analytics Lead reports to the Digital Technologies Development Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support overall strategy, design & structure for digital properties measurement and tagging.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements, and provide reporting and analytics support.
  • Hands-on development implementing tagging/JavaScript code.
  • Support reporting and analysis of visitor data in Adobe Analytics, Tableau and other web reporting tools.
  • Support management and upgrades of analytic tools based on the business needs.
  • Support design and creation of reporting dashboards that ensure data consistency.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations that improve user experience and other KPIs.
  • QA and maintain data accuracy.
  • Identify data errors and opportunities, propose and implement solutions.
  • Efficiently manage adhoc requests in combination with long-term projects.
  • Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.
  • Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
  • Responsibilities include the following:
    • Adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.).
    • Adhering to Bank policies and procedures.
    • Completing required training.
    • Identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer.
    • Knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

 

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degreee required.
  • 4-6 years experience in web analytics and marketing.
  • 4-6 years experience with front-end scripting languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • 3+ years experience using and implementing the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, etc.).
  • 3+ years experience using reporting tools (Tableau, Crystal Reports, Impromptu, etc.).
  • 2+ years experience with a Tag Management Tool (TMS). Experience with Tealium highly preferred.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements.
  • Results oriented, self-starter, proactive and flexible.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management skills, and report presentation skills.
