    • Individual will be responsible for supporting the sales force (Bankers, Preferred Bankers, Relationship Managers, etc.) as a Treasury Management Products expert in order to help attract, expand and retain balances pertaining to cash management clients.
    • The specialist should consult with clients to help determine needs, build solutions and guide the implementation of appropriate FRB TM Products and customizations/configurations as necessary, particularly for complex implementations.
    • The product consultant should be fully versed in all cash management products offered by FRF (features and functionality) and should help provide a higher level of expertise to clients and prospects in solving cash management problems.
    • The specialist should continually encourage and promote the practice of bringing in a product specialist early to gain the full understanding of a client’s needs in order to create a holistic cash management solution.
    • The TM Product Consultant should consistently promote the purpose of the product consultant and continually offer help to the sales force in order to promote a “consultative approach” to cash management
    • The specialist should maintain a detailed knowledge of TM industry trends in payments, receivables and liquidity and continually share the information in training sessions, internal meetings, etc.
    • The specialist should be highly visible and consistently promote the assistance and expertise offered by the specialist role.


    • Banking and Treasury Management/Cash Management Sales and Product experience (10+ years)
    • Strong client support skills with ability to think quickly to address client’s issues or concerns with patience and empathy
    • Understanding of client discovery process to better understand product needs, including enhancements to existing FRB products as well as new products.
    • Experience with common client banking platforms and solutions (i.e. ERP Systems) and how they interact with the Bank’s systems.
    • Understanding of applicable BSA/AML and Compliance obligations as it relates to Treasury Management/Cash Management Products
    • Ability to travel domestically to client sites
    • Banking and Treasury Management/Cash Management Sales and Product experience (5+ years)
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to work with various levels of management throughout the bank
    • Product Training facilitation experience; ability to train, troubleshoot, and follow-up with clients in person, via phone, or via email
    • Must possess strong interpersonal and organization skills, including the ability to work independently; attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to embrace and mirror First Republic Bank’s commitment and focus on the client and his/her needs
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx video-conferencing software
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • 4 year degree preferred
    • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred

    The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
