The Manager, Facilities & Administrative Services works directly with the SVP and VP, Facilities & Administrative Services, to oversee the facilities maintenance, office build-outs, tenant improvements, and office & employee moves for the company. As the Manager, Facilities & Administrative Services, this person must have a strong understanding of lease negotiations and contract language. The manager will also have strong project management and communication skills for directing and coordinating a variety of facilities projects. This knowledge will also be used to direct staff, vendors, and contract resources for the Administrative Services Department. This position is also charged with overseeing other staff associated with the group including, but not limited to, reception staff and administrative associates.
