This position reports to the Vice President, Head of Operations Analysis & Process Improvement (OAPI). The Manager of Program Development will own and manage all aspects of marketing, communications, employee engagement and program development for the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiative. The CPI initiative engages employees across the Bank to identify operational improvement opportunities and implement solutions. This role will help develop an operating framework to manage an inventory of those initiatives, develop and deploy timely marketing and communication plans across all levels of the organization, and creatively drive employee engagement (e.g. gamification of operational improvement challenges).
This role requires a proven ability in managing the marketing and communication aspects at the program level, ability to develop and deploy training, as well as meet reporting needs across all levels of the organization. This role has the exciting opportunity to work with employees across the organization to achieve these goals.
