The Access Roles Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business teams, technology teams and support teams in order to improve the access provisioning services being delivered by the IT organization. The Access Roles Business Analyst will work with business and IT groups and communicate often and effectively across all Business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze system access, review access with internal clients, lead internal clients to a decision whether the access should be included in their new access roles, and work with the internal clients while they prepare for and migrate into their new access roles.
  • Research access rights and internal clients’ technical questions as needed.
  • Create and maintain Excel workbooks and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal clients.
  • Update existing Access databases as needed.
  • Work with Project Manager and other team members to balance the workload across the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS-Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment, and make key decisions in a timely manner
  • Proven success facilitating discussions and building consensus
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as a team member with outside divisions and departments
  • Detail orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience building executive level power point presentations
  • Extremely strong MS Office skills
  • Experience working on data-centric projects
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to deliver exemplary service to people in a variety of positions throughout the bank
  • Record of consistently high performance and achievement
  • Identity Management and Role Based Access Control projects
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Experience building Access databases
