About the Role:
The Business Operations Associate is a highly visible role within Eagle Lending, First Republic’s Fintech center and fastest-growing business unit. You will be joining the Student Lending team in our office in San Francisco's Financial District focused on bringing in the next generation of clients. In this role, you will be a key business resource for the Business Operations and Product Management teams and will own a wide range of strategic, operational, and technology projects. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to identify business insights and act on those insights. The ideal candidate is skilled at synthesizing complex concepts into a simple message, getting deep into data to drive key analyses, and fostering change through a collaborative approach.
