First Republic Bank is looking for an extraordinary result driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist with the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. This position will be involved in many aspects of the recruiting/onboarding process, from reaching out to potential candidates, to partnering with recruiters, working with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, maintaining data accuracy in applicant tracking and HRIS systems and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, and is able to be flexible and provide support wherever is needed.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or recruiting experience
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fluid environment with a strong drive to succeed
Applicant Tracking System experience, iCIMS experience a plus

Experience with applicant tracking systems is a big plus
Proven track record of being able to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and follow up skills
