The Sr. Project Manager role is a leader within BSA/AML Department, and will manage a large workflow and case management enhancement initiative. The individual must be extremely adaptable, independent contributor, mentor other project resources, and provide overall quality control to the project. The role collaborates to define scope, requirements, project governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget, and adheres to company PMO standards. The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved. The position may lead/and or direct the work of others.
As a Sr. Project Manager, the continuance of these key solutions in production must be the highest priority. Managing enhancements is the next priority. Corralling all of the resources to make this a reality is the mainstay of the position.
