The Sr. Client Systems Engineer – Mac position is responsible for deployment and management of Macintosh and Apple client endpoints. This includes defining systems and end-user requirements, formulating work plans for successful rollouts and executing these work plans. This position is also responsible for documenting support requirements and training the other team members. The Sr. Client Systems Engineer – Mac will mentor first-level Client Systems Engineers and ensure that the team is providing expert and creative client endpoint management solutions and troubleshooting techniques, as well as serve as a Level 3 resource for end-user incidents.
