This full-time, temporary position will assist a residential loan production unit with processing and manufacturing residential loan files in a timely manner. Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are critical skills for this position. Prior residential mortgage processing experience is required. Residential mortgage underwriting experience is preferred, but not required.
This temporary position is needed through October 13, 2017
75% of weekly tasks will include loan set-up, manufacturing loan file, and processing loan request (order title/ escrow, order appraisal, and due diligence documents);
15% of weekly tasks will include reviewing loan file for accuracy and preparing file for underwriting;
10% of weekly tasks will include follow-up with Relationship Manager and Client Relations Specialists for additional information & documentation from loan client.
Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.
