The Centralized Operations Team (COT) was developed to be the liaison between the Client Service Associate and the various entities involved in opening accounts. COT members are responsible for the successful and timely onboarding of new clients from start to finish. The team is a crucial part of our success and COT members have a tremendous amount of responsibility to work quickly, efficiently and accurately. In addition to onboarding accounts, the associate is responsible for working with the Client Service Associates to maintain client accounts across a variety of departments. Operation Associates work closely with various custodians including Pershing, Fidelity and Schwab. They also work closely with compliance, technology, and our alternative investments department. COT members gain crucial knowledge in how the Wealth Management business works from the inside out.
