First Republic Bank is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire the best talent in the industry.


The ideal candidate has experience working in a dynamic recruiting environment with a focus on Financial Services or Financial Technology. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for assigned client groups and will source and recruit top tier talent in creative ways, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.



  • Build relationships and consult with hiring managers to understand current & future hiring needs, business dynamics, and implement appropriate recruiting processes & strategies.
  • Identify diverse, top level talent through aggressive sourcing methods which include internet research, social media, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations, and other sources as needed.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline, and produce a target list of active and passive candidates for assigned searches through research and direct outreach, phone screens, and networking.
  • Effectively use iCIMS ATS system to track & manage the recruitment process to ensure key stakeholders are kept updated and provided insight into process.
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high quality candidate pipeline under very tight timelines.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to meeting client deadlines and expectations.
  • Strategize and develop new “out-of-the box” methods to fill your pipeline.
  • Continuously improve and expedite process for identifying, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Identify and implement best practices and recruiting trends into talent acquisition plans and processes.


  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting, preferably in the Financial Services / FinTech industry.
  • 3 + years of demonstrated social media and job posting platform recruiting experience with a high growth organization.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fluid environment with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Must have Applicant Tracking System experience, iCIMS experience a plus.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting practices and principles.
  • General knowledge of applicable employment laws, pay and benefits.

  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the talent market.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and follow up skills.
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization & develop highly collaborative working relationships (executive, professional, administrative).
  • Proven interpersonal skills including tact, patience, courtesy and diplomacy.
