We are looking for someone who is passionate about selling and has the drive to grow a business in a collaborative environment. The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close.  This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the business client profile, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice and identifying additional opportunities to cross-sell products. Act as a mentor and provide feedback to other sales professionals. Manage the retention of existing clients and achieve new business objectives as set forth by individual and Gradifi.

 

Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for a Marketing Manager, Social and Content to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple channels including our social media platforms, to drive awareness, demand and engagement. We are looking for someone bright, energetic, and results-driven, with excellent critical thinking and project management skills, and a passion for developing creative marketing solutions. The Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for developing engaging content that speaks to our audiences and drives thoughtful interaction with our brand. The candidate will increase interaction with our brand through social media. The right candidate will have 4-6 years experience in a content or email marketing role.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead our content strategy, and work in partnership with our content marketing vendor  to develop original content and use licensed content to meet our business goals
  • Create original content, including articles, videos and infographics, for all our audiences that drives engagement and creates valuable interactions
  • Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and social community engagement
  • Develop a content calendar and all organic and paid social posts  to drive results and insights to support the development of the brand
  • Engage through social media to comments and posts, responding to all customer concerns and providing positive feedback on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Analyze and report on content and social engagement to drive future strategy

 

Qualifications

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

  • 4-6 years experience in social or digital marketing
  • Experience developing content from ideation to execution
  • Experience with social media marketing in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
  • Analytical, with the ability to prepare and analyze data
  • Must be able to work and prioritize in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and desire to learn new skills
