We are looking for hands on Growth Marketing Manager that will be responsible for both development and execution of customer acquisition marketing strategies for First Republic’s Eagle Lending team. The Candidate will:

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and design our student loan refinancing customer acquisition strategy and execution from end to end, including metrics and ROI tracking.
  • Drive and manage paid advertising and media buys across online and offline channels in collaboration with our agency partners.
  • Work with affiliate and brand partners to drive customer acquisition.
  • Perform deep analysis of marketing spend across various channels (display, search, TV, radio, print, email, etc.) to learn and identify the most effective strategies.
  • Create and manage analytics requirements for digital media campaigns.
  • Weigh in on advertising creative based on test data, cultural attitudes, and regulations.
  • Manage and establish key partnerships with related organizations for co-marketing purposes, including with product team to optimize digital experience for conversion.
  • Facilitate the creation and management of testing platforms that allow marketing to test messaging, product, promotion and placement variations.
  • Act as project manager for digital campaigns, working with internal and external stakeholders, including creative, content, compliance teams – driving and adhering to deadlines, keeping teams on task.
  • Think innovatively around offline direct marketing channels and incorporate into the media mix.
  • Work in teams within an intimate, fast company environment and wear many hats.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • BS/BA, preferably in marketing, business or analytical field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with customer acquisition marketing or similar fields, experience working with agency partners preferred
  • Analytical thinker. Ability to identify key data points and translate into actionable results and optimization recommendations.
  • Data-driven - a rockstar analyst that can turn raw data extracts into beautiful insights
  • Terrific customer insights and empathy to connect marketing to customer experiences, thus creating value for consumers while capturing value for the business
  • Expertise in automated, data driven email programs to drive conversion
  • Expert level knowledge of Google/ Adobe Analytics.
  • Software platform vendor selection and implementation experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
  • Expert strategic and tactical execution knowledge of SEM, display advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Expertise in using Excel, SQL and Miscrosoft suite of applications, presentation and layout
  • Effective at working with large data sets to conduct analyses that measure channel success (cohort analysis, LTV)
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, consistent/flawless follow through, flexible and able to shift gears and move fast.
  • Strong project management and strategic partnership skills to drive marketing campaigns with external partners
  • Experienced manager able to hire and develop a marketing and acquisitions team
  • Proven ability to work effectively across a wide range of internal teams, and produce in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
