    Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and work in this cross-functional role to help shape, launch, and market our products while putting the customer first. We are looking for someone with excellent critical thinking and project management skills, and a passion for developing creative marketing solutions that meet customer needs. The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the CMO and be responsible for product positioning, consumer research, educating and engaging our users, and driving a high quality customer experience. The right candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a product marketing role, preferably in a B2B software company.



    • Support development of the brand and product positioning, and assist in bringing that positioning to market, including for new features and products.
    • Build and manage an evolving suite of resources for current and prospective users, including best practice guides, webinars, and videos.
    • Take an analytical approach to optimizing user onboarding, feature adoption and education, and release management.
    • Leverage market research to better understand customer needs and represent the voice of the user in the product.
    • Develop all employee and employer client marketing materials.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, operations, and customer service to gain insights and coordinate new product launches.
    • Security and compliance is a top priority at Gradifi and strict adherence to the policies and procedures of the Information Security Management System is mandatory.




    • 4-6 years experience in product marketing, at a B2B company preferred
    • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
    • Must be a self-starter and able to work and prioritize in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
    • Adept at cross-functional collaboration
    • Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed
    • Creative with a demonstrated ability to solve (or approach) complex problems in a unique or innovative way
    • Comfortable with data analysis and/or working with analysts to measure marketing impact
