    We are looking for someone who is passionate about selling and has the drive to grow a business in a collaborative environment. The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close. This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the business client profile, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice and identifying additional opportunities to cross-sell products. Act as a mentor and provide feedback to other sales professionals. Manage the retention of existing clients and achieve new business objectives as set forth by individual and Gradifi.

     

    The Gradifi Account Executive will manage all aspects of prospect development from inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities of small to midsize businesses from pre-sale through close. The Gradifi Account Executive will be the in-market sales specialist and resource to expand Gradifi’s client base. This position requires developed B2B sales skills, with a desire to learn and promote a new product and technology in the benefit industry. Gradifi’s fast paced and growth trajectory requires the sales team to be motivated, detail focused, with individuals who are looking for a new challenge. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills needed. 

    Responsibilities

    • Identifies and actively pursues potential new business opportunities.
    • Effectively uses sales tools to make initial contact with qualified prospects.
    • Completes outbound follow up calls and makes cold calls.
    • Utilizes information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to properly position business to prospect.
    • Meets with prospective and existing clients and develops a positive business relationship.
    • Identifies key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, & combinations that will best serve & address the client/prospect’s issues & objectives.
    • Establishing, development and maintenance of long term relationships with key decision makers
    • Ensures timeframes and deliverables are met in the sales process
    • Leads the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion. Independently respond to routine inquiries and correspondence
    • Ensures that up-to-date prospective client information is maintained in the CRM.
    • Maintaining an adequate and transparent pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met
    • Supports sales efforts by adhering to department operations and providing timely and accurate prospects data in order to track and monitor activities for management reporting & sales forecasts.

    • Possesses excellent and proven business skills with emphasis in consultative and organizational selling
    • Possesses fundamental knowledge of office databases and company sales technology tools.
    • Ability to identify and leverage essential information and think in a critical and logical manner
    • Ability to work in a client-centric strategic and decisive manner according to tight deadlines
    • Demonstrates a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and displays the ability to act independently
