First Republic Bank is looking for a talented, motivated lending professional to join our Residential Loan Origination Support team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic person who is able to inject energy, run and deploy programs as well as lead change management. As a Loan Origination Business Support Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to support Residential Loan Origination end users by continuously analyzing loan processing and underwriting functions within First Republic's relevant systems in order to communicate business requirements, identify efficiencies, and make suggestions for operational improvements. You will help support any Change Management Initiatives including but not limited to: paperless workflow, New Lending Origination System, & Pipeline Management. You will also assist with other daily departmental production tasks such as providing client care to the Bank's Residential loan teams, organizing and maintaining production reports, and completing other administrative functions as needed. Utilizing your strong data collection/analysis, reporting, and training skills, you will be a key factor in ensuring that the Loan Origination Support team realizes its strategic business goals.
Must possess at least 3-4 years of experience in loan origination and/or closing/funding.
