The Client Service Operations team provides middle-office support to help investment professionals and clients meet their financial goals.


    The Operations Associate is responsible for the reconciliation of equity and fixed income accounts. This responsibility includes but is not limited to resolving breaks and exceptions between FRIM’s account system Advent APX and the holdings reported by the various custodians, on a daily basis. This reconciliation must be performed accurately to prevent possible risk related to trading and corporate actions. The individual must be a team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



    • Daily reconciliation of Custodial cash and securities to our internal system.
    • Monitor and reconcile cost basis, transfers, account closings and consolidations.
    • Heavy interaction with Portfolio Managers, Client Service, Traders and Custodians.
    • Maintain system by accurately tracking pricing, corporate actions, indices, and system quality control.
    • Ensure department is audit ready and assist in both internal and external audits pertaining to accounts maintained on APX system.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by department managers and/or senior associates.


    Educational and Experience Requirements:

    • Must have strong Portfolio reconciliation knowledge
    • 2 to 3 years of Advent AXYS or APX experience required.
    • Must be detailed-oriented and capable of completing the workload in an accurate and timely manner
    • Proficient in MS Excel
    • Dataport, Rex or Moxy knowledge a plus
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • 4-year college degree with a business concentration
    • Corporate Action experience a plus
