First Republic is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our internal creative services. 


Supporting the internal creative services team, the Creative Project Manager is responsible for the scheduling, overseeing and monitoring of creative project workflows.  He/She will create schedules from start to completion for creative projects and serve as a go-between with internal Marketing Managers and other departments, and the internal creative team. 


The Creative Project Manager must have the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.  She/He must be able to foresee scheduling conflicts and take quick action when schedules get compressed or delayed. The Creative Project Manager will need to creatively manage schedules and resources as well as collaborate closely with all team members.


The Creative Project Manager needs to be firm yet flexible to meet the ever-changing client demands as well as being personable, always seeking to ensure timely delivery of all projects.  He/She is a problem solver, is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open-minded, and exhibits a high level of initiative.


  • Manage all aspects of creative requests initiated by Marketing Managers.
  • Create project timelines and tasks.
  • Ensure appropriate required information and assets are gathered for the project.
  • Evaluate requests to ensure the objective is on-brand and meets current business goals – must be comfortable suggesting ideas to enhance the overall project.
  • Review staffing calendar with Creative Managers to ensure team availability fits project timeline, and assign creative teams.
  • Assign tasks and check the status of outstanding tasks.
  • Manage print production and merchandising requests as needed.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to go over items/tasks assigned ensure projects are on track.
  • Manage and work with external vendors and creative agencies.
  • Communicate any issues with the creative team and Brand Manager.
  • Manage special requests, events, etc. as needed.
  • Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities or as assigned by supervisor.
  • Participate in the development of department policies and/or procedures and assist with client specific projects as assigned.
  • Responsibilities include the following:  1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training,  4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Experience working with an internal creative team, managing creative projects for print, digital and social media
  • Experience managing digital projects – involving UX, development and QA, prior experience with ADA accessibility is a plus
  • Financial Services industry experience a plus


Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
  • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
  • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
  • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
