First Republic is looking for an ambitious and energetic Small Business Lending Manager to help us expand clientele for our Eagle One for Business loan product. Your role will be to create an effective sales strategy to seek new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, forging strong relationships with clients and contributing to our long-term business growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meetings sales quotas. You will use your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with the ability to lead and develop a productive sales team. The ideal candidate will also have experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy.
