    Responsibilities

    This role will provide testing, documentation, and release management support for a wire transfer processing application, as well as the management and coordination of a UAT testing environment.

    • UAT Environment and application configuration for testing
    • Documenting & Testing Environment configurations for testing
    • Documenting & Testing Application configurations for testing
    • Feature/enhancement testing & validation
    • Documenting System Access/Roles
    • Managing System Access/Roles Testing for Auditing
    • Security Testing of User Access/Roles against Business Rules
    • Functional Testing & validation for vendor-planned infrastructure releases, patches, fixes
    • Regression Testing & Validation against application releases, patches, fixes
    • Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities
    • Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor
    • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

    Qualifications

    • Design and document thorough test cases for business functional testing for wire transfer processing application
    • Conduct Business QA testing in coordination with vendors, users and other testers
    • Document testing results
    • Track bugs/defects from the business perspective
    • Coordinate bug/defect remediation with vendor & product leadership team
    • Application Configuration Testing, Field Validation Testing, Functional End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing
    • Previous experience with wire transfer systems or other relevant payment/workflow applications
    • Team player
    • Provides extraordinary service

    Mental/Physical Requirements:
     

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
