The Operations Associate Team (OAT) was developed to be the liaison between the Client Service Associate and the various entities involved in opening accounts.  OAT members are responsible for the successful and timely onboarding of new clients from start to finish.  The team is a crucial part of our success and OAT members have a tremendous amount of responsibility to work quickly, efficiently and accurately. In addition to onboarding accounts, the associate is responsible for working with the Client Service Associates to maintain client accounts across a variety of departments. Operation Associates work closely with various custodians including Pershing, Fidelity and Schwab.  They also work closely with compliance, technology, and our alternative investments department.  OAT members gain crucial knowledge in how the Wealth Management business works form the inside out.

  • Generate New Account Paperwork
  • Process signed paperwork
  • Clone Existing Accounts
  • Pre-fill Private Placement Document (Alternative investments)
  • Process signed Private Placement Document (Alternative investments)
  • CRM data entry for billing
  • Maintain compliance folders – including KYC creation and maintenance
  • Set up trading and performance groups for new accounts
  • Work with custodians to ensure timely account opening
  • Provide continuous status updates and communication with associates
  • Process Assets Held Away for performance reporting data or trading groups
  • Update addresses and contact information across databases
  • Generate and save down a performance report for associates to send to clients
