The Digital Channels Program Director is responsible for leading an organization shift to Agile. This leader will be responsible for project planning, reporting and oversight of project execution of the Digital Channels portfolio of projects. This individual has a broad and thorough background in digital project execution and knowledgeable in best practices for software development using Agile software development methodologies. This successful candidate is a change agent and has demonstrated leading transformational change within an organization with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate has a track record of successfully executing numerous large scale and smaller technical projects in the digital space.
This role manages a complex set of projects as a cohesive program including capital planning, prioritization, project planning, reporting, execution, and validation of successful delivery. An in-depth knowledge of project and program management with the ability to implement an Agile model is a must. The role is a key strategic partner with technical, product management and line of business groups spanning not only Digital Channels offerings, but also the systems and operations (internal and external partners) that the portfolio is dependent upon.
