First Republic Bank is in the process of transforming its Procurement processes, including the introduction of a cloud-based P2P platform, and is seeking a Procurement Governance Lead to spearhead implementation efforts and take ownership of program governance following go-live. The successful candidate will play a major role in development of process transformation and change management to provide the company streamlined and efficient P2P processes. An in-depth understanding of procurement operations and business challenges coupled with the ability to translate them into solutions is critical. This role will work closely with senior Procurement and Finance management in establishing priorities and delivering successful procurement results.
