    Responsibilities

    Digital Technologies team is looking for a Sitecore developer. In this position you will help design and implement end-to-end solutions as part of the First Republic Bank’s Digital Technologies digital marketing offerings. The job will include reviewing business requirements, performing system analysis, creating and documenting high level designs, identifying test and implementation strategy, creating prototypes and guide extended teams.

     

    Providing solution designs, you will help drive the direction across platforms that inteacts with Sitecore. Using your communications skills, you will work with our business partners to identify scalable solutions that balance requirements and capabilities. You will collaborate with vendors, internal IS and business groups to drive the delivery of solutions. As a member of the digital implementation team, you will provide guidance and support for other efforts.  The Sitecore developer reports to the Digital Technologies, Director of Digital Marketing.

     

    • Lead end-to-end (conception, development, maintenance and evolution) implementation of digital solutions using Sitecore features. Works as part of the digital implementation team to meet with business and IS teams to identify problems and define design. Partner closely with technical teams supporting infrastructure builds, application development and testing.
    • Creates artifacts following FRB standards to document the proposed design. These artifacts will be created by eliciting, analyzing, validating and managing technical requirements definition, flows and deliverables for projects
    • Work closely with our business partners (UX designers, content team, analytics team and product managers) to propose personalizarion strategies, design and implement system solution
    • Design robust integration between Sitecore as CMS to web analytics, email marketing platform, and other systems
    • Responsible for hands-on development and 3rd party vendor system integration support
    • Provides assistance to support teams during troubleshooting and issue triage, helping to resolve issues and identify gaps that would need remediation
    • Provide support during production rollout
    • Collaborates with the QA and UAT teams to define test strategy and acceptance criteria
    • Lead Sitecore support strategies on capacity planning, performance tunning, and platform upgrades
    • Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.
    • Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
    • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. 

    Qualifications

    • Bacheler’s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
    • Must have 7+ years of development experience with public-facing applications using  .Net/C#/MVC and formal education with experience in Computer Information systems (or related field)
    • Strong and proven technical skills across various internal and external systems, including Sitecore as multi-site CRM and tag management/analytics platform Information Technology architecture and system & data Integration knowledge and practices.
    • Proficient in agile software development life cycle – including requirement analysis, preparing high - level program technical specifications, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and troubleshooting – test-driven development.
    • Strong sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables, coupled with a sense of personal ownership for key projects / issue resolution
    • Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Expertise in innovation and the ability to think strategically about how to advance business-led solutions
    • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals

    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
