KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge and understanding of the Trust business is beneficial.
Knowledge and understanding of real estate concepts and terms is beneficial.
Business degree or experience working with business entities is beneficial
Strong attention to detail required.
Ability to meet strict deadlines

Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word capabilities required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
College degree or comparable job experience required
Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens
Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person
Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions
Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
