Discover the independence to grow and drive change

As the Vice President, Business Technology Partner, Private Wealth Management, you will lead a  team that is the central point of cloud governance and enablement. You’ll help drive broad cloud transformation by developing standards, frameworks and methodologies through advocacy, community-building, training and certification, along with organizational change management. You’ll have the opportunity to oversee the migration strategy and roadmap for moving workloads to the cloud.

What you’ll do as a Vice President, Business Technology Partner, Private Wealth Management:

    • Manage the Bank’s enterprise application portfolio migration planning and sequencing.
    • Develop business cases, value analysis and total cost of ownership studies.
    • Communicate and build community across the Bank to further cloud adoption and organizational change.
    • Achieve results through others by setting and communicating goals and metrics, monitoring progress, providing ongoing coaching, feedback and reinforcing behaviors that drive high performance.
    • Ensure transformation activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other work streams, as appropriate.
    • Create and manage artifacts for cloud services, reference architectures and onboarding.
    • Manage relationships with cloud providers and other partners.
    • Provide financial oversight and management of cloud operation budgets.
    • Onboard application teams and drive the Bank’s DevOps transformation.

You could be a great fit if you have:

    • Executive or senior management experience
    • A degree in computer science or related technical discipline
    • At least five years of experience leading cloud technology architecture, design, migration, strategy and operations
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal and client-facing skills
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • A comfort level in leading by influence in a non-hierarchical environment, where collaboration is crucial to success
    • A strong client perspective that is the driving force behind business decisions
    • The ability to apply critical thinking — gathering and analyzing information from a variety of sources and developing and testing solutions to complex problems
    • Experience with DevOps and Agile/scrum frameworks
