Under the general direction of Program Director, the Project Manager Level IV role is a leader within the PMO and business partners, and manages large Corporate Projects or small-to-medium programs of inter-related projects. The individual specializes in multiple areas, is extremely adaptable, mentors lower level PMs on the Project Process and has the ability to manage multiple highly complex programs or projects. The role collaborates to define scope, requirements, project governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget. The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved. The Project Manager IV collaborates with the PMO and the business to identify and manage the project pipeline for the specific business line. The position may lead/and or direct the work of others.
