    The Shared Services department is responsible for centrally supporting vendor risk, vendor selection, contract negotiation, IT purchasing and operations financial analysis. In partnership with Information Services and Shared Services leadership the IT Financial Analyst plays an important role in the process development, metric creation, and ongoing management, analysis and reporting of an enterprise wide IT Financial Management program that will drive effective and efficient business decisions and identify and manage key performance indicators. We are seeking an energetic individual with an understanding of technology finance to implement and operationalize the ITFM program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the detailed information that is required for multi-dimensional financial costing and analysis with an ability to translate business and technical requirements to bring to operation the vision for IT Financial Management. This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance, and Accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have IT Financial Management or Activity Based Costing experience. 


    • Prepare regular financial and head-count reports and analysis for various business units
    • Be part of the team that will develop and maintain the IT Financial Management database expanding to an enterprise tool and processes
    • Analyze vendor financials to ensure viability as part of the vendor management due diligence program
    • Provide ad hoc financial and analytical support on vendors and IT expenses
    • Assist in preparation of IT financial business plan annually
    • The Analyst will also be responsible to import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record such as Oracle General Ledger, Hyperion Projects, ServiceNow CMDB, etc. to ensure that the model developed has the appropriate and accurate data for analysis
    • Responsible for driving the process, consolidate the forecasts/reports, analyze the trends/variances identifying business drivers behind the numbers for meaningful executive level reports and analytics, and meeting timelines and deliverables
    • Creation of IT Metrics & Status reporting mechanisms (IT Dashboard; monthly reporting; quarterly reporting)
    • Benchmarks “best practices” for benefit of group; takes initiative to review and update procedures and training documents
    • Perform other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor
    • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. 


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Highly organized and attention to detail
    • Minimum five years of IT financial management or activity based costing
    • Experience in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, and activity based costing
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modeling and analysis
    • Ability to organize and aggregate data sets and transform the data into logical groupings by category or type in MS Excel or Access
    • Technology understanding of applications and database to use drag and drop interfaces for configuration (e.g., Access)
    • Strong data analytics and data mining skills
    • Experience with Oracle financials and Hyperion Essbase and Microsoft Access highly desirable. Banking experience desirable
    • Be open to assignments and duties that may fall out of the job description


    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
