    The primary function of the Insurance Associate role is to provide a wide range of SmartOffice CRM system and administrative support to assigned Sr. Insurance Associate in our Century City Office.

     

    Responsibilities

    1. Manage team documentation necessary in SmartOffice CRM system, including:
    • Entering contact details, referral info (if applicable) and initial notes
    • Updating notes as needed
    • Adding to Opportunity (if/when case moves to pipeline)
    • Creating Informal Parent/Child Cases (if/when case moves to underwriting)
    • Uploading all required KYC documents to PaperClip
    • Entering/updating informal offers
    • Updating case through each step of underwriting process
    • Uploading application/policy data pages/executed delivery receipt documentsto PaperClip
    • Confirming when policy goes inforce and confirm all referral parties are correctly coded (% breakdown) in formal case record
    • Coordinating with Insurance Group staff on any system updates/process changes
    • Running reports, as needed
    • Managing the Referral Tracker, Pipeline Updates (Opportunity), and Pending Cases

     

    1. Assist in handling overflow inbound call activities

     

    1. Assist in creating Excel models to support team engagement work

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with SmartOffice CRM system or demonstrated proficiency at adopting and embracing new systems
    • Life/Health insurance license, a plus
    • Excel power user
    • Proficient at all other Microsoft Office programs
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Able to manage interruptions and multitask
    • Strong team orientation
    • Previous experience demonstrates compatibility to FRB values
    • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration
